First, if you have not done so yet, register at these forums. Then, read this post thoroughly.

Second, you should post to the "Introduce Yourself" topic, just tell something about yourself.

Third step is to fill the application form, so that we get some more meaningful info about you.

Fourth step is to, well, be active and participate here at the forums, and in-game.

Trial period lasts for a few weeks, and in the end we will take a vote.
