About the ESO Operation
Elder Scrolls online. What a game. At the beginning, it felt great. I got to play in places I had never seen before.
Even in the middle game it felt great, gearing was fun, as was leveling.
Then came the endgame, and the end of ESO. I mean really, absurdly long queue times, hilariously over-tuned dungeons, and bosses that needed too much communication from the group.
This game might still rise from the ashes. It just might. But in order to do that it would need stop forcing players play all the faction storylines. That idea was fucked up.
TPoA;s branch of ESO exists but is so very dead. I wish it was not so, but it is.
